oct 18 --The news have been confirmed by Frank there was an article that was publish confirming that Dave will be leaving the band and heading to Australia to do his own thing. i got this from the official Moffatt club thanks to spygirlph. i dont know where hte article is but when i do i will post it!

Update from October 12th:

Yes, it is unfortunately true that The Moffatts are breaking up. Scott & Bob will stay in the music business by building a new band with 2 new band members (I don't know their names and who they are). Clint will stop being in the music business - he wants to live a normal teenagers' life. Dave's future is still unknown. As soon as there are any news I will post them on this site.
